Massage the moisturizer on your body, concentrating on the areas that are more prone to stretch marks (such as the abdomen, the upper arms, and the buttocks). Lotions and moisturizers with Vitamin E are great in preventing stretch marks, though products with olive oil, aloe vera, and Shea butter are known to be quite effective for removing stretch marks.
